Shipping
Orders ship within 2-3 days. Please allow up to a week for your purchase to arrive; you can see tracking information under My Account. For faster service, please use the Expedited Shipping options during checkout. Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Returns and Exchanges
Looking for a return or an exchange? No sweat. Just send us an e-mail returns@istylelounge.com that includes your reason for return. We'll send you a Return Merchandise Agreement (RMA) number. Grab the receipt that we included with your purchase, and copy the RMA number. Last, but not least, carefully package the return item and send it back to iStyle within 45 days (our address is at the bottom of the page). Sorry, iStyle cannot cover or refund shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: RMA numbers must be included in the return package. All items for exchange must be returned in their original wrapping. Items from separate orders require separate RMA numbers.
